What is PuffiAir?
PuffiAir is a nicotine-free portable aromatherapy diffuser designed to provide a gentle plant-based aromatic experience for your healthy everyday lifestyle.

Is PuffiAir safe to use? How does it work?
PuffiAir contains no nicotine, tobacco, or addictive substances. It is made with natural plant-based ingredients and contains vegetable glycerin. When used, the device heats the liquid to produce aromatic vapor, providing a clean and nicotine-free experience.
It offers a natural alternative for people who are looking to move away from nicotine products and is safe to use.

Will this help with nicotine cravings?
Many customers use PuffiAir as a tool to help transition away from nicotine by replacing the habit and routine of vaping.

How do I know when the diffuser is empty? Does it need to be charged?
When the indicator light stops working, flashes abnormally, or the diffuser no longer produces vapor, it usually indicates that the product is nearing or has reached the end of its lifespan.
PuffiAir diffusers are not rechargeable.

Is there an age restriction?
PuffiAir is not intended for minors. Although PuffiAir is made with safe ingredients and does not contain any age-restricted substances, we do not wish to encourage the hand-to-mouth habit that may lead to unhealthy behaviors such as vaping.

Is PuffiAir suitable for people who are pregnant?
PuffiAir contains no medications or prohibited substances. However, to avoid potential sensitivity, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects to certain ingredients, we do not recommend using PuffiAir during pregnancy.

How do I use the diffuser?
Before use, remove the silicone plug from one end of the product, then attach the mouthpiece to that end.
To use, gently inhale through the mouthpiece and exhale through either your mouth or nose.
If the mouthpiece is accidentally lost, the product can still be used normally. The mouthpiece is only an accessory and does not affect the normal operation of the product.

Will this help with COPD or other respiratory conditions?
No. PuffiAir does not contain any medicinal ingredients and is not intended to treat any disease, including COPD, asthma, or other respiratory conditions.
If you have any existing health conditions, we recommend consulting a doctor before using PuffiAir.

How long does shipping take?
Orders within the United States are typically delivered within 3–8 business days after shipment.
International orders are typically delivered within 1–3 weeks after shipment.Β

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs clearance procedures, duties, taxes, fees, or import charges that may apply in their country or region, and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $50.

How can I track my order?
Orders will be shipped after dispatch, and a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow some time for the carrier to scan the package and update tracking information.

Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days after delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and remain in their original sealed packaging.

How long does it take to receive a reply after contacting customer support?
Our customer support team processes inquiries in the order they are received during business days and typically responds within 1–3 business days.

Can I unsubscribe at any time? Do you offer any paid subscriptions?
We offer free marketing email subscriptions. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.

We currently do not offer any paid subscription services. All purchases made on our website are one-time purchases, with no automatic renewals or recurring charges.
