If an item is temporarily out of stock in your local warehouse, we may directly arrange shipment from the nearest warehouse with available stock to ensure your order is fulfilled as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address. In this case, we recommend collecting the package from the original address or contacting the carrier directly.
Shipping Fees 💸
We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $50 USD.
For orders below $50 USD, shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
International Orders 🌎
Please note that all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and may be collected upon delivery.
Delivery Location 📍
Carriers may leave your package in a safe location near your residence, such as your doorstep, mailbox, or nearby area. If you live in an apartment, the package may be delivered to the front desk or designated package area.
If you cannot locate your package, please check with your family members or neighbors. You may also contact your local post office for further assistance.
